Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TV - Family Calendar ("the App"), provided by ANCREATIVE INC. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

TV - Family Calendar helps you display calendar information on Apple TV. You are responsible for using the App only with calendar accounts, calendar subscription URLs, and devices that you own or are authorized to access.

2. Calendar Connections

The App may let you connect calendars using Apple Calendar subscription URLs, Google Calendar, or Outlook Calendar. If you connect Google or Outlook, you authorize us to use read-only calendar access to provide calendar syncing and display functionality for the App.

You may revoke Google or Outlook access through the respective account permissions. If access is revoked, calendar syncing may stop working until you reconnect your calendar.

3. Your Responsibilities

Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App or its backend services.
Do not submit calendar information that you are not authorized to access.

4. Privacy

5. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services, including Google Calendar, when you choose to connect them. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and account settings. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised when changes are made.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that calendar data will always be accurate, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANCREATIVE INC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a way that may harm users, our services, or third-party services.
