ANCREATIVE INC. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Perfect Pitch - Game (“the App”) handles user information in accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and applicable privacy laws.

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information or usage data from users of Perfect Pitch - Game.

  • No account or sign-in is required to use the App.
  • No personal identifiers, contact information, or financial details are collected.
  • No game data or usage activity is transmitted to us or any external server.

2. Data Storage and Security

All user data (such as your game progress or settings) is stored using Apple's iCloud key-value storage. This storage is managed by Apple and is only accessible on your devices linked to your Apple ID. We do not have access to your iCloud data, and it is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

3. Third-Party Access

Perfect Pitch - Game does not integrate with or share data with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external SDKs. No third party has access to your information.

4. App Permissions

The App does not request or require any special device permissions (such as location, contacts, or camera access).

The app uses Apple's built-in Game Center for leaderboards. Users who opt to use Game Center features will be prompted by Apple to grant the necessary permissions for Game Center functionality. These permissions are managed by Apple and are not accessed or stored by us.

5. Children's Privacy

Our App does not collect any personal data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us — although, by design, our App does not store or transmit such data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality, technology, or legal requirements.
