Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection and Use

My - Family Tree is designed to keep your family tree information private. By default, all app data is stored locally on your device.

We do not collect, receive, store, sell, rent, analyze, or share your family tree data, names, relationships, notes, photos, or any other content you create in the App.

2. No Backend or API Calls

The App does not send your family tree data to ANCREATIVE INC. servers. We do not operate a backend database for your App data, and the App does not make API calls to us for storing, syncing, processing, or analyzing your personal information.

3. iCloud Backup

Paid users may choose to back up App data to their own iCloud account. iCloud backup is handled by Apple and your personal iCloud storage.

ANCREATIVE INC. does not have access to your iCloud account, your iCloud backup files, or the contents of your family tree backup. We do not store a copy of this data on our servers.

4. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect your App data, we do not share it with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, third-party services, or other users.

5. Data Deletion

You control your App data. To delete local data, delete it in the App or remove the App from your device. If you use iCloud backup, you can manage or delete iCloud data through your Apple ID and iCloud settings.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not send App data to us, family tree information remains on your device by default or in your own iCloud account if you enable iCloud backup.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
