Image Factory Privacy Policy

Image Factory is a macOS image converter from ANCREATIVE INC. It processes your files locally, without uploading them to us.
Files and local processing
The app accesses files and output folders you select through macOS. Images, thumbnails, metadata, and converted files are processed on your Mac. The app does not transmit these files to ANCREATIVE INC. or a conversion service. Originals are preserved; exports are saved separately. Temporary conversion files are removed after processing, although interrupted operations may leave temporary files on your device.
Information collection
No account is required. Image Factory has no advertising, tracking, or analytics services and does not collect personal information or usage data through the app. Appearance preferences are stored locally. Conversion libraries run locally and do not upload your files.
Your choices
You control which files to open and where to save exports. Metadata removal is enabled by default for image conversions; you may change it in conversion options. Review sensitive files before sharing them. If you choose an iCloud Drive or other synchronized folder, that service may sync the files according to your settings and its own privacy policy. Image Factory does not operate that service.
Purchases, diagnostics, and support
Apple handles App Store purchases and may process store or diagnostic information under its own privacy policy and your device settings. We do not receive your payment card details. If you email support, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include, use it to respond and resolve your request, and retain it only as needed for support or legal obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive images. You may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to legal retention requirements.
Children and policy changes
The app does not collect personal information from children or other users. Any changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
